wow. lame. were there no rules against legendaries/ubers?
Not for this competition, no. Some Wi-Fi tournaments ban the legendaries with the highest base stats, but I guess the Friendly tournaments don’t. I really don’t understand why they don’t put more restrictions on legendaries for all tournaments, since competitions like this inevitably devolve into “MY ZEKROM IS STRONGER THAN YOURS” because everyone’s carting around the same Pokemon.
