My current character in AC: New Leaf!
I have my town (named Vatikung - short for the Vatican Kung-fu Generation) set up to be a dictatorship in denial (the citizens insist this is a democracy, but they really have little to no say in what happens to the town). It’s really fun playing the game in this light. c:

This one of my older characters who I’ve only JUST revamped, Vuro (I frequently steal her name as a username because I like it. >:U ). She’s one of two governors in charge of Azcrotia (a country in the Graylands, which exists as a sort of limbo between Heaven, Hell, and Earth).
The tentacles on her back are the result of a parasite she acquired at a young age. The parasite allows her modify her shape in minimal ways (ex: her claws) and grow back tentacles that have been cut off.
She’s got anger management issues and often jumps to violence, but when there’s nothing to make her mad, she’s actually pretty timid and has low confidence in everything she does. As a very young governor, she’s prone to bungling things, so the people around her hardly take her seriously.

I’ve hit rock bottom.

Whoa Vuro, it’s been a while.
More lineart. :B Maybe I’ll actually get around to coloring things one day.

Friendly reminder from Skel that cheating during the exam is prohibited.
Now to work on all the boring panels.

More characters drawn in the really thin style.

First is Knives. He’s as ruthless as a gangster can get, so nobody likes him. He wished to become the greatest magician on the continent, and though his wish was granted, he hardly knows how to use all that he’s capable of because he was never formally taught.

After that is Dacivilier, a spice trader who’s made a couple appearances elsewhere. He’s something of a voodoo doctor and a Sombremancer.

Lastly is Dacivilier’s older sister, Adelina. She thinks voodoo is some dangerous shit, so she sticks to fortune telling and safer forms of magic (though she has a couple Sombreforms of her own).
