God dammut, I forgot the new Xbox reveal was today and totally slept through it.

Gonna be optimistic about the Bioshock Infinite ending
I’m probably going to say some things everyone else has already mentioned, but I haven’t been able to read many endgame theories yet. Here’s what I personally gathered from the ending and the end-credits cutscene.

without a doubt, Bioshock Infinite is the best game I’ve ever played.
There’s really nothing else I can say about Bioshock Infinite at this point. I have no words, nor a reaction image that could possibly describe what I’m feeling right now.

After putting it off for over a year, I beat AC Revelations
So now I finally get to play the copy of AC III I got on launch day!
…and I already can’t stand it!
I know I’ll get used to the vastly different aesthetics, but my biggest problem is how much hand-holding there is so far. I feel like the game doesn’t trust me to do a damn thing on my own, even though most people playing this game have already completed the first four games in the series. There’s this green hexagon in the middle of the screen constantly nagging me to get to the next destination, and I feel like it’s telling me, “STOP EXPLORING YOU JUST NEED TO GET GOING ALREADY”. Does this ever disappear? I sure as hell hope it does, because it’s destroying any immersion I might possibly feel. I don’t feel like I’m Kenway - I feel like I’m watching Desmond be Kenway?
